Kingford Seafood

Went out for dim sum with the family this morning. Decided to opt for a new place instead of our regular favourite.

New place, same variety of food...we are creatures of habit aren't we?

Har Gao

Siew Mai

Phoenix Claws

Beef Tripe

Seafood Wonton...finally something new.

It's actually pretty good - large cripsy shrimp and plenty of chives giving it its fragrance.

The hilite...or supposed to be - Snake Soup

Soup tasted sour, like a mix of soy sauce and vinegar. Meat wise, snake tasted like chicken breast, but less flaky. At least I can say I tried. Maybe whole snake would taste different...hmmm...where can I get one?

Pseudo claypot rice with seafood.

This was disappointing. First, it came really late; second, it was half cooked when it came. They did give us a "new" one, only for us to find it's also half-cooked. They blamed us for rushing them, but we waited for 30 mins for this!

Dim sum wise, nothing unique, pricey too. Service a definite 1 star out of 5.
